Summer might be here, but the work hasn’t slowed.

With the hemp harvest about to begin, it’s one of the busiest times of year for the arable farmers we work with. The industries we represent as secretariat to the APPG for Hemp Carbon Capture and Rural Development are also focused on maintaining and scaling their businesses. And while Westminster is in summer recess, MPs remain active in their constituencies.

It’s a busy period all round as we build towards a full autumn programme pushing for green jobs, thriving businesses and fewer barriers: the next APPG on 9th September, the party conferences a couple of weeks later, a ministerial visit in October and a major event in November.

Farmers are harvesting. Industry is turning. It's business as usual.
